Returns or Exchange

If you change your mind for any reason please contact us within 3 days of having received your order. Email us at darychdesigns@gmail.com

You can mail it back to us in the original packaging at your expense for an alternative or a refund. 

​Breakages and discrepancies​

In the rare event of an item arriving broken, please contact us immediately either by email or call 353-872618686 and we will help you immediately.

If something is broken we will request a photograph of the damage. The easiest way is to e-mail a digital picture or post it to: darychdesigns@gmail.com

You must notify us within 2 days of having received a damaged or incorrect order.

Cancelling an order​

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel.  You can email us or phone us on 353 872618686.
