At Darych Designs, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how to get in touch with us.
Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers)
If you are based in the EU or EEA, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under EU consumer law.
How to Request a Return or Cancellation
To exercise your right to cancel or request a return, please contact us by email before the 14-day period expires:

Please include the following in your message:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or cancel
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange
Return Window
- 14 days from the date you received your last item to notify us
- Weekends and public holidays are included in this period
Cancellations
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation by emailing us at hello@darychdesigns.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) in their original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
